The Terma Rolo Designer Electric Radiator 1000w is designed specifically for simple, yet smart heating. Cutting-Edge Technology The Terma Rolo comes with an advanced MOA Blue heating element that offers a range of smart capabilities, making heat management straightforward and convenient. By downloading the Terma Blueline app onto a compatible Bluetooth device, such as your mobile phone, you can easily switch between heat levels and program a 7-day heating schedule from the palm of your hand. For manual control, the heating element also includes an accessible interface. So, you can incrementally increase and decrease the temperature, between 1 – 5 heat levels, with the simple push of a button.   MOA Blue Heating Element Besides smart capabilities, the MOA Blue offers a range of other handy features, for ultimate convenient control. A timer function ensures the radiator only provides heat for a restricted 2-hour period, automatically switching the heater off after this time has elapsed. This way, you don’t waste energy heating a space longer than needed. The MOA Blue provides access to anti-frost mode which activates when ambient temperatures fall below 6 °C, so pipes aren’t in danger of freezing. Fitted with a temperature sensor, the MOA Blue element restricts the maximum operating temperature of the Rolo to 60°C to prevent overheating. As an added safety measure, the heating rod also comes with a fuse that cuts power to the radiator if it exceeds a temperature of 82°C. Installation Not suitable for DIY installation, an electrician will be required to fit the element to the radiator, as well as hardwiring it to the mains. Please refer to the user manual for more information on installation. The Terma Rolo has an IP rating of IPX5, making it suitable for installation in zone 3 of any bathroom.
