Good Morning Jozef, Apologies that we were unable to fulfill your order. Unfortunately the tower fan you ordered was showing in stock on our computer but we had a stock shortage in our warehouse. Due to the recent hot weather demand has been such on all cooling products that we are unable to supply this item again until next year. I cannot find any emails from you on our system apart from the one you sent this morning which I have replied to, so I do apologize if any have been missed. We did credit the payment back to your card as soon as the shortage was discovered.
