Got there in the end!

Toook longer than expected to be delivered which was uk mail (the company's chosen courier) issue. But I was unable to speak with anyone at the company. Sent emai to which no reply was received....

Apologies, the heater was dispatched on the same day as your order but unfortunately the delivery was delayed with UKMail. We have used other couriers such as DPD and have found that UKMail out perform them, but occasionally items do get delayed.

Appreciate what you say. BUT, the frustration was compounded by the fact I had to take time off work (twice!) And: 1) I couldn't get through to you on the phone (which I found odd for a business); and 2) that uk mail ignored my email complaint completely. Your response fails to address these three issues.
