Poor customer service when goods are found to be faulty.

I received the whole order quickly but the controller was faulty. I returned it immediately as instructed. I had to chase the replacement 3 times before receiving it on 22 Jan. Poor effort.

Many tanks for the feedback and apologies for the delay sending your replacement controller. We do usually dispatch replacements as soon as we have the faulty items back. On this occasion we had problems locating the faulty return as Royal Mail delivered it into the wrong department. We have now put measures in place to ensure this does not happen in the future.
