How do we verify reviews?

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the service. We do try to deliver as soon as we are able on all our deliveries as most customers do prefer to receive their items sooner rather than later. We also email a dispatch notification and the carrier will also usually send a text or email as well to advise of delivery so that the order can be signed for.
