We completely understand your frustration regarding the packaging. We’ve made recent improvements to protect goods in transit, especially with carriers becoming increasingly rough with parcels, but it sounds like we may have gone a bit overboard in this case. We’ll feed this back to our warehouse team. Regarding the fixings, we agree it would have been helpful if the manufacturer included them as standard – particularly given the price.
