Hi there Cass. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your delivery too so long! This isn't the experience we want you to have. Although this delay to your delivery is not something we were responsible for this experience is very unusual as we process and dispatch items very quickly. The vast majority of our customers receive their items within 2 days. 2 weeks is bizarre. It may be circumstances linked to the current Coronavirus situation and staff being off with our delivery partner , but we apologise that you experienced the delay you experienced. Yes, the plastic garment bag is something we are aware of and are actively working on trying to find a viable alternative solution. With clothing being sent globally we do need a protective layer around the products otherwise garments could be damaged/marked and are liable to moisture etc. We do use recycled plastic garment bags that themselves can be recycled again and again, so we are not adding more plastic to the planet but re-using that which is already here and is re-formed into our garment bag. Rather than landfill we turn used plastic into a usable bag. We are looking into a number of alternatives which can be composted and would hope to have these in place within the next 12 months. As for sizing, we do place a detailed size chart for each of out items on the product page so our customers can find the perfect fit for them. We encourage customers to check this rather than get too hung up on the words Small, Medium, Large (which is why we don't use them but use the lettering) as a Small in the U.S is generally bigger than and S in Italy and so on. So I hope the experience won't deter you from shopping with us again in the future.
