Lovely product, quirky. Great ethos with great service. Good communication from time of order, progress and delivery. Delivery was very quick with environmentally packaged goods.
I am still waiting my delivery.
I dont have any news of it.

We have a very detailed and informative communication process with our customers from purchase through to delivery. We send order confirmations along with dispatch messages, and depending if you agree to it shipping updates by text also. Every step of the way we send you an update to keep you informed. All our packages to France are fully tracked so you can see their progress and exact location at any time and you can view this by clicking on the dispatch email we sent or by logging into your account on our website. If you have not received any messages at all it is likely that they are either in your SPAM/JUNK folder or you have accidentally supplied us with an error on your email address. But even if this was the case you can also always contact our friendly customer service team at any point and they would be happy to help you and give you an update.
Looking at your order I see you placed your order on Sunday 6th March and selected our Tacked Airmail service. This service advises a 9 Working Day delivery timeline. This would give you an expected delivery date of your order of Friday 18th March. However I see your item was actually delivered on Saturday 12th March (6 days earlier than expected) Did you not receive this? If you did not get your item as tracked then please let our team know and they can look into this for you.

Hello, i didnt receive anything, either my item, or any messages or mail....
and i just had a look in my spam box: nothing there.
And when i look in the link i received after my order ( to follow the delivery), nothing is mentionned either. :( ....
Dont know what to do....
