Hi there Jane. Can I ask why in the first instance you haven't you reached out to our customer service team about this before leaving us a 1 star review? Doing it this way serves no real purpose other than to cause obvious distress to our team who haven't done anything wrong. Our team work tirelessly to provide all our customers with exemplary customer support and take pride in our 5 star customer feedback. We're a nice bunch of people here and we're here to help if you give us the opportunity. Rest assured, we want our customers to get their items quickly and without any issues and if there is a problem with anything we want to get it sorted as much as you do. We're on your side. As you would prefer to communicate over a review platform rather than our customer service channel, I can say that we have looked at your order and the order information says your order was picked, packed and dispatched on the same day you placed it (6th June) and was tracked as 'delivered' by Wilmslow delivery office to you on the 8th June. As you are stating you do not have the items as it been taken/received by a family member? Has it been left in a 'safe place'? Have you spoken with neighbours if you were not in? Have you spoken with your postman who would have delivered it? Could it have been stolen from your letterbox? If you can please double check these options and if there is still no order we can look to raise search with Royal Mail. Hello Patty. Thanks for your feedback. I can see you placed your order on Saturday 11th June and selected our USPS Tracked service which specifies a 9 working day delivery timeline. Your order was dispatched on the Monday and the expected delivery date would have been Friday 24th June. However I can see from the tracking that your order was actually delivered 3 days earlier than scheduled on Tuesday 21st June. Is this not the case?
