We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Tracy Thanks for the information. I have phoned the number you suggested and the person I spoke to said they would issue a flight reference and email it to me but as yet I have not had it.

Hi Tracy It is now almost 10 days since I spoke to one of your colleagues requesting this flight reference and I was told at the time that it could take up to a week for this to become available. But still nothing has happened. I find it very difficult to understand why this should be so difficult as Easyjet Airline must be part of the same group as yourselves. Could you please tell me what is going on.
