Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch and so sorry to hear this. When you book with us, we hope that we will not have to make any change to your holiday, but we sometimes do need to make changes. In the event we can't find any suitable alternative, then we would cancel your holiday at the earliest point to provide as much notice as possible. We also offer a full refund (option 2 on the email received), or you can choose to receive account credit to make another booking. Again, I'm really sorry for the cancellation of your holiday and we'll ensure that your feedback is passed on.

Easy to book and customise my holiday

Price wise the holiday was ok. I keep having issues with my account sign in. It’s been happening for a while and says that I have no holidays booked!
