Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

When you book a holiday with us, we hope that we will not have to make any amendments to your holiday but, we sometimes do need to make changes. In the event we can't find any suitable alternative, then we would cancel your holiday at the earliest point to provide as much notice as possible. We also offer a full refund, or you can choose to receive account credit to make another booking. Again, we're really sorry for the cancellation of your holiday.
