Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch to feed this back to us. Was this when you go to select flights online during the booking process? If so, there should be a tab showing alternative flights which would provide an updated cost, apologies if this has not shown as you went to book. We'll get this passed onto our web team now.
