We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Disgraceful

Our holiday was cancelled 2 weeks prior to departure. We then spent 3 days on the phone trying to get the credit back on our account. We have lost money on airport parking and dog kennelling
