The holiday I booked was not my first choice. I got as far as putting card details in and pressing "pay" before a message came up saying that there was no availability on my first choice.

I was trying to do a group booking for 8 people. 2 people on one booking as they were going to stay a couple of extra nights (deposit paid). The booking for the next 6 people got all the way through...

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch to feed this back and sorry to hear of the issues you experienced when booking. Our booking system is dynamic, which means during the booking process the prices and availability may change. The final price will always be shown when we request payment, and we display this final price when our customers reach the payment screen. The price does not change whilst payment details are being entered. Due to the way that dynamic pricing works, the price and availability in some cases can change very quickly. Unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do about this as it is standard procedure to confirm the new booking price and availability to ensure the customer is aware of the price before making the requested amendments.

Can’t book extra legroom,why???
Why can’t we book extra legroom when booking a holiday??? EasyJet is the only airline that does not allow this. Why ???

Hello there, thanks for getting in touch. At the moment, due to the way we purchase seats from the airline, it's not possible to choose your seats during the booking journey just yet. You'll be able to add your booking to the easyJet app and select an Up Front or Extra Legroom seat 30 days before your scheduled departure date. When you book a holiday with us, we hope that we will not have to make any amendments to your holiday but, we sometimes do need to make changes. In the event we can't find any suitable alternative, then we would cancel your holiday at the earliest point to provide as much notice as possible. We also offer a full refund, or you can choose to receive account credit to make another booking. Again, we're really sorry for the cancellation of your holiday.
