Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Needs complete services

Feel you should be able to secure your flight seating in booking not have to wait for check in. We normally book flights only and can complete seat selection at time of booking.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback! Due to the way we buy our seats from the airline, your flight reference may not be generated until 30 days before departure. However, I can see that you have since booked yours. If you do decide to book again with us in the future, we can make a request ahead of time, provided that you're flying within 6 months! Easy jet by name easy to book

Easy to book but unable to book seats on plane when booking but very straightforward overall always use easy jet like able to book with small deposit.
