Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hotels not available after choosing them

Hotels shown as available, got right to the end of the booking process and then you can’t book… but still showing as available

Hello there, thanks for getting in touch. Our booking system is dynamic, which means the price may change during the booking process but the final price will always be shown on the payment screen. There are several elements which also may affect the price of a booking, e.g. specific flights and hotel room types.
