How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Bit time consuming but good end result

Took longer than expected as availability kept changing but ultimately did book holiday I wanted. May be helpful to say if a hotel is not available when it is?

Great value for money .easy to book.

Died at this hotel before very good. Food is wonderful very very clean. Staff are excellent. It was easy to book with easyJet and Wright. I went on before was wonderful on time great time

Hello there, thanks for getting in touch. Our booking system is dynamic, which means during the booking process the price may change. The final price will always be shown when we request payment, and we display this final price when our customers reach the payment screen. The price does not change whilst payment details are being entered. Due to the way that dynamic pricing works, the price in some cases can change in a short period. Unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do about this as it is standard procedure to confirm the new booking price to ensure the customer is aware of the price before making the requested amendments.
