Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not the easiest way to book a holiday, I had struggle for over two hours, tried phoning the help line waited over 20 minutes and put the phone down. Would I do it again, I don’t know

Price increase when checking out

Price went up during time the holiday was in basket after 5 minutes so we ended up having to pay £40 more than initially quoted Easy booking as everything you need included
