Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to send us a review, and im sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the price changing. Our booking system is dynamic, which means during the booking process the price may change. The final price will always be shown when we request payment, and we display this final price when our customers reach the payment screen. The price does not change whilst payment details are being entered. Due to the way that dynamic pricing works, the price in some cases can change in the space of a few hours. Unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do about this as it is standard procedure to confirm the new booking price to ensure the customer is aware of the price before making the requested amendments.
