Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great service and friendly staff

This was our first trip with EasyJet and we were pleasantly surprised from the before our holiday begun with regular updates up until we got home. Will defiantly bring flying with them again.

I booked on line and it was easy to do. The only problem I had was I’d made a mistake with my email no so had to get in touch with customer services and found it difficult to find .
