Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Ordered a spray for a funeral that never turned upk

Ken thanks for letting us know. A non-delivery of a funeral is very alarming to us and our member florist. We have this morning spoken to Nix and informed them of your comment. There must be some mix-up because they confirm the flowers were definitely delivered to the funeral director on the 30th of December. This was the Monday afternoon before the funeral which took place on Tuesday 31st December. The delivery was completed by Nikkita who works at Nix Flower Studio.
