First of all I would like to apologise for your experience with Depend. It’s not the standards we aim to achieve.

I have personally looked into your order and can see that it was despatched on the same day from our warehouse. However, we do offer a tracked, “signed for” service which would mean that our provider, Parcel Force, would not have been able to deliver if you were on holiday.

Thank you for making us aware that you did not receive your tracking details as promised. We have investigated this and it seems that we had an error with our email system so we are working to fix it now. Sorry that you were impacted by this at the time you placed the order.

The Depend customer service team is specially trained to help with a variety of issues and therefore can become quite busy. We insist on this training to ensure that the best service can be offered at all times and we can assure you that we do have a number of operatives on the phone lines.

Once again, apologies that you are not happy with the service provided by Depend on this occasion.
