Hi Tom, I am sorry you feel you have been poorly treated. As discussed in our support tickets the item was labelled as 'PRE-ORDER' on our website and says the same in your order confirmation - being abusive to our staff and calling us liars won't change the fact that you misread this and expected your item the next day (it was still in transit from Japan).
We did offer you a full refund so I'm not sure why you feel the need to leave such a bad review, all of us at Defcon Airsoft strive to provide the best customer service possible and I am truly sorry you were not satisfied and felt the need to leave such a damaging review.
