We love the mirror but it does have superficial damage on the coating of the mirror in the bottom corner of the main mirror . We have disguised it with my perfume bottles so doesn't cause distress ....

Regarding the courier company we use for our smaller mirrors - we are also sorry to hear about your problems. Since your delivery, we have decided to change to another courier company - UK Mail, so should you choose to exchange - hopefully this would be an easier process for you.

I have been contacted by decorative mirrors very promptly after leaving my review and although they have offered to change my mirror I decided to keep it and they have kindly refunded me with 10% of the purchase price which I am completely satisfied with.
