No bloating of my stomach which some other brands have caused. Easily dissolves in my water and I can't taste it. I can definitely see that my skin's crepe look has improved.
I have only been taking a few weeks but so far my skin feels softer and joints are cracking less. I have taken other brands of collagen with no results so feel this one is good quality and effective.

Completely tasteless, use it in my coffee and dont notice the difference. Bit on the pricer side but I prefer to use cytoplan as I know the products will be of good quality and safe.
