Have used this brand before as it has no nasties in it and was reasonably priced in the Black Friday sale!
Tried this product to help me sleep as I’m perimenopausal and often have insomnia/early...
I’m afraid this did not work for me . But was delivered promptly and in good order .

Despite the weight quantity of the product, it has to be in a big enough pot for the labelling, this is the only reason it is not full :)
Tried the boots over the counter sleeping pills and they left me feeling drugged and groggy the next day. Cytoplan allowed me to have a deep nights sleep without the nasty side effects.

I found this drink works best as a hot drink before bed - it must do something to catalyse the effect. The taste isn’t great but I can definitely feel that my sleep has improved!
