We're sorry to find that you're disappointed with the net curtains. We have found that the more customers do not want their net curtains to be side-seamed than do, so we offer this as an optional extra rather than as standard. As the service adds £3 to each piece of net we feel it is fairer to allow customers to add the service on, rather than to have to opt out of it. We're also sorry to hear that you found the ordering process tricky to understand but we are grateful for the feedback.
