Disappointing

Their pre-cut net curtain lengths are not accurate and when they turned up 2 cm shorter they pointed out we should have read the small-print. It does say the lengths may be out by 2cm but didn't...

We're sorry to hear that you're not a happy customer. Please be assured that we do not use ploys to make customers pay for extras. The net curtaining comes on rolls with the heading and bottom edge ready finished. While the manufacturer makes every effort to ensure the lengths are accurate it is true that the drops can vary by up to 2cm. It is unusual for all nets to be slightly short but it can happen. We try to avoid disappointment by flagging up a message alerting customers to the possibility that net can be slightly short or long, when the net is added to the basket. We offer an optional shortening service not to try to squeeze extra money from our customers but to allow customers to have the choice of ordering an exact drop if this is required.
