Tab tops have far less gather than all other heading styles. If tab tops were made up with the usual two times fullness, then the curtains wouldn’t actually open as there would be insufficient room for the tabs to push back into. We try to make the advice as accessible as possible and do encourage customers to get in touch if they are at all unsure about anything. We’re sorry that you didn’t receive what you expected and have offered to collect and return the curtains free of charge if you are willing to meet the cost of the labour and fabric needed to make the curtains larger for you.
