Hello I'm sorry you are unhappy with our service. We quote up to 5 working days for delivery of this design but unfortunately they were not with you until the 6th day They would have been with you on working day 3 but as you know the carrier accidentally delivered then to an Amazon warehouse. It took Amazon a couple of days to locate the missing box and DPD delivered them to you. Occasionally carriers make mistakes but thankful it is rare.
