Hello. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the quality of these curtains. They are normally very good quality for ready made curtains. If you could tell us what was wrong with them we maybe able to replace them.

They feel a bit 'waxy' & stiff which stops them from hanging nicely, I think maybe they will soften a bit once they have been dry cleaned.
