Although the general service was good the ready made curtains were very poorly made. The lining of each curtain was sewn incorrectly and will have to be re-made. The corner of each curtain has to be...

We do expect the customer to pay for returns on items that they have changed their minds about but not if an item is faulty, in that case we cover the cost of the return.

I have not received your email but can tell you that we have since purchased a Garment steamer £169 to try to take out the creases,but have not been able to stop the curtains turning in on the leading edge. Probably due to the fact that the eyelet is not equal distance from the edges of the curtains. We are now having a professional curtain maker remaking the curtain edges to fit the lining and probably adding stiffener to the top edge of each curtain in order to stop them turning inwards on the leading edge.
