Hello;. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your voile panels. The fabric is the same as the photograph and we do encourage people to order a sample first so they know what they are going to receive. Regarding the messy top I'm not sure what you mean. Perhaps you could email us directly with some more details and we can see if you have been sent something faulty.
