Hello I'm sorry you feel the need to complain about our service. We normally quote 5-10 working days for made to measure curtains but at the time you placed your order we were only quoting 'early new year' as it is an exceptionally busy time of year. This was written on every page of the website, also on the banners, in the deliver times and the terms and conditions that needed to be read before the order could be placed.
