Hello I'm sorry you feel the need to complain about our service. We normally quote 5-10 working days for made to measure curtains but at the time you placed your order we were only quoting 'early new year' as it is an exceptionally busy time of year. This was written on every page of the website, also on the banners, in the deliver times and the terms and conditions that needed to be read before the order could be placed. Regarding the delivery charge our carriers charge us more to deliver to the Isle of Wight then they do to mainland UK. We will pay around £20 to get this order to you but have only charged you £10. Regarding not answering your email in over a week. You emailed us on the 21st at 13.20 and we replied 11 minutes later saying they will be with you in the new year. You then replied to that 40 minutes later thanking us for our prompt reply and saying you thought they would be on their way as payment had been taken but you looked forward to seeing them in the new year. We did not respond to this as you had not asked us anything. Payment is taken when the order is placed. This is true of most internet retailers and all that sell made to measure products. We would not be able to risk making up curtains to then find the funds are not available to pay. I have spoken to the workroom and these should be with you shortly.
