We're sorry to hear that the curtains are faulty. You have given the impression through your review that we did not offer to rectify the problem for you but this is not the case. The person you spoke to did actually offer to repair the curtains or refund the order. He also arranged to collect the curtains (which were picked up yesterday) so that we can repair or replace them for you. We would never expect a customer to accept faulty or sub standard goods from us and will always offer to refund or rectify any issues. The low price was mentioned in order to explain how sometimes faulty curtains do get through but not as an argument for you having to keep them.

I am very pleased to say that my order has now arrived and the Kingston China Blue curtains are very nice quality and very well made. They will make a nice fresh change for that room for the spring. The little net curtain was just what I wanted too. My previous grumpy review was triggered by an early request for a review long before I could have expected to get the order. It did give me the impression that something had gone wrong. I have CCCs curtains at nearly all our windows now and will certainly order again. I must thank everyone for their help in solving the mystery of the missing order. Nancy Hammond
