I'm sorry you fee l the need to complain about our service. We have thousands of 5* reviews of our made to measure curtains. We have received these back and they were a little short in places. This was a genuine human error that as discussed on the phone was very easily fixed and would have been back to you in 48 hours and perfect. The weights we use are the same as all retailers and are standard curtain weights. Regarding the fabric. it is vital to order a free fabric sample before placing an order otherwise when you receive the curtains you may be disappointed with what you have ordered. This is a very popular design from a leading fabric supplier.
