First delivery time wasn't met as the drivers were behind schedule, I agreed to delivery the next day as promised by the driver, but he did not process the paperwork and the machine wasn't delivered...

I still have to change the door over to the other side..since this new appliance is slightly larger than my old one so had to put it on the othere side of the room, cant figure the instructions...

One of the delivery staff was somewhat surley and rude which made it difficult for the second guy who was obviously the junior and wanted to apologise but had to wait until he was on his own.
