The massive disruption in delivering because somebody couldn't decide whether there was one in the warehouse or not, which also lead to order cancellation (by Currys!) therefore needing resubmitting.

I WENT TO THE BRACKNELL STORE, THEY WERE VERY UNINTERESTED AND UNHELPFUL. AND WOULDNT STAND UP TO THERE PRICE PROMISE POLICY. I THEN PHONED THERE HELPLINE TO COMPLAIN BUT WHERE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL...

Previously purchased a Beko Refridgerator from Currys. Satisfied with each part of the purchase, delivery and the product.

We were given two delivery dates 1st on a Friday then the following Sunday---- It was delivered on the Sunday at the time they said (No real problem)

Delivery was several hours late because of a scheduling issue whereby the delivery driver had to make an unrealistic number of deliveries that day.
