Good Points: The mop head is very easy to put on and it’s ideal that it just turns over so that you can use both sides. It picks up a lot of dirt and leaves any floor (tiled for us) immaculate

Good Points: Flip head is great Improvement Points: Pump for steam is rubbish. You have to do a full body work out, just to get steam!!

Improvement Points: It doesn’t stay upright, needs to be leaned against the wall or will fall.

Good Points: Nothing Improvement Points: Very heavy not very manoeuvrable water container should detatch

Good Points: So easy to fill and change the cleaning pad. I like the burst of extra steam available for hard to clean spots.

Good Points: Cleans as it should do Improvement Points: Difficult to empty if your not supple, you need to empty into sink or grate outside should make it easier !!!!!!!!

Good Points: It heats up very fast and covers a large Improvement Points: Not at this time
