This mop is acceptable although not 5 stars due to not coming up to expectations from the description. I found it isn't quite hot enough and the change of mop head rather fiddley. Otherwise fine.

Very annoying as you have to pump the handle to get the steam to work. I thought there would be a button to press for continuous steam like the old model. Too expensive for an inefficient product.
