JVC TH-D227BA 2.0 Compact Sound Bar

Bought the soundbar for use on my Narrowboat. It sits below the TV and is used in place of the TV sound, which Is poor quality. A well made product and excellent value for what is cost.

The sound bar is excellent and is much better than the television internal sound system. It is easy to set up and can be adjusted to give individual preferences for sound.

Sounds good on tv films music it around

Although compact this sound bar wasn't as I hoped. Output levels were inconsistent and lack of a sub-woofer made bass reproduction sound 'muddy'. I don't think this unit had enough power to work...

Very pleased with the look and sound quality of this soundbar

OK for the low price but very average performance. OK for music but base is too boomy for speech. Not enough tonal adjustments.

Really good sound and fantastic value for money

It may be on the cheap side as sound bars but it does the job. We have it for a bedroom tv and it's perfect.
