I have had a previous freesat box for about 15 years until it passed away a few months ago, this new box is smaller, has a lot more features and I would not be without my new baby box. Love it.

At first it recorded programmes I hadn't set , cancelling programmes I had set.
Now the home button and guide button won't work, meaning l can't use the thing.
