I am a novice when it comes to anything like Fitbit but so far so good, I find it very helpful for monitoring my activity and sleep but there are elements I don't understand [yet....]

Excellent first fitness tracker. Only feature missing is the ability to track via GPS but being a cheaper model I wouldn't expect that. Brilliant charge time and last about 10 days.
