Lovely looking machine But absolutely useless as a hot water dispenser Doesn’t get up to temperature at all Returned item and went back to the one cup machine that just works

Would not boil

Sleek design with small countertop footprint but water did not come out at the temperature it said

Very convenient

The water didn’t get hot enough even though it was set at the highest temperature. Also it trickled out and took forever to fill your cup.

Does not dispense a boiling hot cup. Don’t buy if you want a hot cup of tea
