We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your feedback. I am really sorry to hear of the condition the parcel has arrived in especially with relation to the amount of packaging used. As a responsible mail order company we are aware of our impact on the environment and to this effect we do try to use the minimum packaging possible whilst still ensuring the safety of the items in transit. As this was not found to be the case I will raise this with our warehouse manager so that we may investigate further. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we offer our deepest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Regarding the damaged items you have received, we would appreciate if you could please post them back to us using the returns form provided. We will of course fully reimburse any returns postage costs you incur and will send either replacements or issue you a full refund at your request. It is never acceptable to us that an item has arrived damaged in the first place and we will need to find out why this has happened with the candles you have ordered. We thank you for your assistance in this matter and apologise again for this embarrasing error on our part. If you do have any queries with any part of your order or indeed returning the goods, please send us an e-mail to service@culturevulturedirect.co.uk. We aim to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours.
