Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your giraffe tote bag arrived with a noticeable aroma. Please rest assured that the product itself is in perfect condition. To explain, we've switched to paper packaging to reduce plastic waste. However, due to an unusually long monsoon season in Northern India, the paper absorbed some moisture, which interacted with the natural pigments used in the printing, resulting in the aroma. We have attempted to air these products, but the aroma will fully disappear when the packaging has been removed and the bag is allowed to air.
