Suit jacket made of quality wool fabric, well styled and tailored.

Suit jacket was dispatched promptly, delivery delay was due to the usual unavoidable parcel service. Overall, the transaction was hassle free and uncomplicated as per usual.

Please rest assured we take all such concerns incredibly seriously and have arranged an expedited replacement to you, which will be thoroughly checked prior to dispatch to ensure this is as close to perfect as can be. Should this still prove too tight, it may be worth exchanging for a larger size, however we hope that you will find this to be correctly fitted for you and that your faith in us will soon be restored.

I have had a very quick and pleasant response from the customer service representative and was not expecting this. I hadn’t real this review would result in a response but thank you. I wear Charles Tyrwhitt everyday at work in long sleeve shirts, trousers, and coats (and elsewhere). It is unusual for their products not to fit. I like the Brad very much as it suits my slightly conservative style and is very good quality for the price. Nice to know they have your back.
