We have looked at your records and we can only see one order from you, this was placed on the 13.02.2025. Please can you contact us on 01458 447275 with all the order numbers for your previous orders so we can locate the records on these.
Once we have this information we will look into this further, this is not an issue we have heard of before.
We do offer a free return service, therefore you are more than welcome to return them to us for an exchange or a refund. We do not have a time limit on our returns.

With regards to our recent telephone call, we have managed to locate your previous orders at your previous address.
We can see by our records that your most recent order was a returned item. Although all checks are in place to insure the quality of our stock, we can only apologise that these arrive in the condition they did.
We have forwarded this onto our Returns Manager for them to look into this further.
With regards to returns, we do offer a No Quibble return service, therefore the order could have been returned to us for an exchange or a refund. We can also arrange a free Home Collection for the return if needed.
